1. The service

GeneOps is a genetic health intelligence service operated by Premium Media OÜ (Estonia). We analyze genetic data you upload to provide personalized health and lifestyle insights. Our knowledge base of genetic variants, research articles, and recommendations is freely browsable by anyone.

2. Not medical advice

GeneOps is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our recommendations are educational and informational. They are intended to support — not replace — conversations with qualified healthcare providers. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to medications, supplements, or health routines based on genetic information.

3. Your account

You create an account by providing your email address. We use magic link authentication — no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

4. Your genetic data

By uploading genetic data, you confirm that:

• The data is yours or you have authorization to upload it
• You understand the data will be processed to provide personalized genetic insights
• You can delete your genetic data at any time from your account page

5. Payment

Paid access is a one-time $99 lifetime payment processed through Stripe. Payment is optional. We may offer promotional codes that grant the same access. Refund requests can be made by contacting ops@geneops.ai.

6. Partner feature

The partner feature allows two users to combine their genetic data for offspring probability analysis. Both partners must independently consent to this analysis. Either partner can end the partnership or delete their genetic data at any time, which disables the offspring analysis.

7. Limitations of genetic analysis

Genetic variants are one factor among many that influence health. Our analysis is based on published research, but genetics is a rapidly evolving field and our recommendations reflect current scientific understanding. Most genetic associations are probabilistic, not deterministic. Environmental factors, lifestyle, and other genetic interactions all play significant roles.

8. Intellectual property

The research articles, recommendations, and analysis methods in GeneOps are our intellectual property. Your genetic data remains yours. You may export and use your personal results as you wish.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and ensure you can export your data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law to bring claims in your country of residence.
